HELP!! e30 m42 timing chain -

Hi Friends,

i need a manual to how to timing the chain and the cam, i broke my motor and i replaced everything

You need the E36 Bentley manual, copies are available online if you look around.

The basics are, set TDC 1, insert locking pin in to flywheel, set cylinder 1 cam lobes to point up and toward each other with the rear squares flat across, install chain, center cam sprocket bolts in their "windows."

It's simple enough, don't get too worried about it
