Leaking Coolant?

Since this forum gets more views than m42club, I'm going to post my question here too.

So I got home and shut off my car, when I was about to leave a few hours later there was a little puddle of coolant on the ground. Where all could the leaks be from? What's the worst case scenario and what's the best. Thanks in advance, Preston
