    Hi. I'm wondering what cylinder compression #'s some other M42's have. Low/high miles, rebuilt, modified... Tried the search. Thanks

    when i first bought mine, with 160k it had 205 psi across all cylinders. my rebuilt engine has 210 across all cylinders.

          Cool, thanks man. Do you remember how many cranks you gave it while testing? Did you cut the head or deck?

            you want to do about five cranks. should be right around 200

                ya. i just cranked it till the gauge quit moving or slowed down.
