    cylinder head torque

    91 318 with m42
    hopefully this weekend I can get time to put my head on, looking at the manual I have it says torque bolts to 25 lbs, ( in pattern) then turn an additional 93 degrees,( in pattern) and then another 93 degress

    so thats it ??? were not going for a real torque value ?

    A torque angle is a better measurement anyways. It doesn't matter what lubricant you're using when you use an angle. Just buy a torque angle gauge and do it right, you can get them for about $50.
