What is this sound and why does it happen...

So I decided to swap over my summer rims today in the nice sunny pemberton weather and was faced with a few issues. Currently I am running 14" studded snows and i was looking to put my 17" Enkei's on.

There was no known noises or anything wrong with the drivetrain beforehand, but after swapping on the wheels and going for a test roll I got a clicking noise in the back end consistant with the speed the wheel was rotating.

I jacked up the back end and spun the wheels in 1st gear and the clicking was still there...and no signs of rubbing. I then put the winters back on and spun them with no noise whatsoever. Something with the wheels is not right and i cant figure it out.

I have two videos of said noises. one with the summers on and one with the winters on. watch and you will see what im talkin about. any help would be great thanks!

That sounds like a possible cause.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

That was going to be my guess. Either that or a nail in the tire, but if it does it when off the ground, then...

If you switch sides with the summer rims, does the noise follow to the other side?
