1988 325ix short shift kit

Looking for recommendations on putting a short shift kit into my 325ix there is a lot of play there .......... Thank you for your time

BMW Z3 set-up is a common upgrade. I have one in my ix. Throws are not particularly short but they are nice and crisp.
