will an e36 clutch work with an M52 and a getrag 260?

I have an m52 swapped e30 with a 260 trans and need to know if I can use the 1998 2.8 m52 clutch in it

It depends on the flywheel being used. Do you know which one you have? Additionally, M52 flywheel has an unsprung hub. If you are using a dualmass flywheel for the M52, you should be are fine. If you have a single mass flywheel, you will want a sprung hub.
