Will not go into gear from a stop -- Only while hot

Annoying problem i've been dealing with for over a year but need to tackle:

When cold, or after 20-30 mins of driving my clutch/tranny acts completely normal. After that point, I start to have to push hard to get it into gear from a stop. After a while of that (Now 1.5+ hrs of driving in), the car will not shift into gear from a stop at all. I have no issues shifting into any gears once the car is rolling at even 2mph. This makes me believe my clutch is disengaging because shifting feels totally fine and light once rolling.

While trying to force it into 1st at a stop, the car sometimes physically rolls forward. Does this mean the clutch is actually not disengaging?

    Extra info maybe helpful:
After forcing it in gear while hot, I have tried giving throttle with the clutch all the way in and the car did not move... seemingly implying the clutch is disengaging normally? The bite point also remains at the same place regardless of temp.
Yes, I have tried going from 2-1 or 3-1 etc, but this does not help at all. I checked to see if the slave cyl is leaking, and it is not. I have also had multiple shift levers so it is not that.

For anyone searching in the future: Just looked at my master cylinder. Boot completely torn in half…. that’ll do it lol.
