clutch slave sizes?

Hello, I need to know which parts of the clutch assembly have different sizes in the m30 getrag 260/6 and the m20 260 because my clutch is not disengaging completly, I cant shift without pushing hard when the car is on, pedal returns, already bleed the system, and oil is ok and the right one. Mine is the 260/6. are the slave cylinders different, throw out bearing?... Thanks lots for your help :)

That could simply be a matter of a worn out clutch. But then, it could be a failing master cylinder.
