    Grinding Noise

I searched and could not find the answer. When i let off the clutch in first gear and take off before the clutch is fully engaged it sounds like my transmission is grinding. I dont think it is my syncros because it goes in gear just fine. The grinding only occurs when slipping the clutch. Keep in mind these are not abusive take offs or me riding the clutch.

Throw out bearing maybe? The transmission itself?

    Thanks for the help.

I'd guess on a bad throwout bearing.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

sorry, but is the throw out bearing and the center support bearing two different parts?

Yes those are different parts. The throw out bearing is inside the bell housing. The CSB is part of the drive shaft.
