Well I got the shaft reballanced and they put a new csb in, they said he one I got from pelican parts didnt look good, the vibration is better only starts around 75 mph now and is not quite as bad. I really dont feel like taking it off again so im gonna just live with it until i do a swap one day.

I get this noise that sounds like a fat kid giggling under the car whenever I clutch in and coast. Any wisdom on what that could be?

Probably your U-joints like has already been said. Mine were both shot. Broke the metal on my first CSB and then tore the rubber on the one I replaced it with. Once I found out both U-joints were fuxxed, I bought a driveshaft on a half-off day with smooth joints and CSB and now it drives nice. Check both U-joints.

Excellent service, good price and best of all no more vibrations!
Perhaps instead of wasting my money on a "race" big brake kit for my car which most likely will never see a track.... I'll replace my 22 yo driveshaft. Thanks for the good link. Hope this helps the OP as well

im wondering if these guys took the DS apart to get it in home and did not realign the two halfs when putting it back together.

Nick, after you recheck that everything is installed correctly, i would have the balance rechecked/redone.
i reinstalled it and still have the same problem, its off to the shop again!
