the gears are sometimes rejected....could it be that i need to change my fluid? need a new tranny? or maybe some brocken pieces or coins fell down in ther??

That could be just a worn shifter. I'd say to rebuild the shifter and if old, change the transmission fluid. I'm partial to Redline MTL in a Getrag transmission.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
