    You'll get a lot of noise under acceleration and it won't do the transmission of diff any good.

    Be aware that in almost all cases a filure of the CSB is due to binding u-joints in the drive shaft. Both the CSB and drive shaft need to be replaced at the same time. If you replace just the CSB, the replacement will have a short life.
    The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
