I've read numerous places that I could use the drive shaft from any manual car for my manual swap. I also found that the older cars have a different CSB. Can I still use this and get a new CSB to fit my car or will the CSB for my car not fit this shaft? Also, the person I'm getting the shaft from says that he thinks it might be 1/4" shorter being from an 86e vs. my 91i. Can anyone answer for sure if I can use this shaft or not? Lastly, if I use a half shaft, does this just connect to mine plug and play and stick it in the car or do I have to have it put together by a shop/balanced etc? I would just go figure it out myself but I'm not with my car for a couple days. Thanks and sorry for so many questions at once but I'm having trouble clearing this up with my searches.
