getrag & dual mass

so i read an article that the 2010 Porsche GT3 has a getrag transmission and a dual mass flywheel.

so does that mean eta designers knew what they were doing way-back-when?

nope, the dual mass is for old ppl/ ppl that don't know how to drive a manual.

Yes it does, they made it to be smooth.

Porsche presumably did too, I doubt it is all that heavy though, even if it is a dual-mass.
