    driveshaft play.

    i dont know if my problem is exactly the drive shaft or my lsd.(havent checked the fluid). but whenver i back out of my drive way or a parking spot. i hear and feel parts grinding in the back... also when my pops checked under the car he said that the driveshaft felt loose..bearings?lsd fluid? any ideas?

    The play in the driveshaft could be bad u-joints. They aren't serviceable, and you might as well get s good used driveshaft instead of having it rebuilt. Note that the the driveshaft can lenghten or shorten a bit to account for changes in the suspension. The grinding may be a seized or dragging caliper, or a bad e-brake. I would check these first before I would suspect the diff.
