That is almost always caused by a failure of the rubber mount of the CSB. Which in turn is caused by binding u-joints in the drive shaft. The fix is to replace the drive shaft and CSB. While you can replace just the CSB for a temporary fix, until the drive shaft is replaced the new CSB will have a short life.
FYI: The drive shaft u-joints are not field replaceable. Machining is required and after the u-joints are replaced the drive shaft must be balanced. A new or reman drive shaft is the only option.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
