Center Bearing noise when spinning rear wheels?

I have a bad vibration from about 45mph -75mph in gear or when I put the car in neutral. I put the rear wheels up on jackstands and when I spin the wheels I can hear a scrapping/dragging noise coming from the center support bearing? Does this mean it's shot? The center bearing is about 5 years old and it was installed without the two cup washers held on my by the circlip.

This could be a bad CSB bearing, or one of the heat shields could be loose and rubbing on the drive shaft. Further investigation from under the car will be needed to determine the cause.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
