    g260 yolk?

so i keep exploding guibos on my 24v e30 :( it currently uses the larger guibo of the 2 used in the e30. i have a brand new guibo but its the smaller one. id like to use the smaller as it seems stronger in its design. so im curious if i can switch the yolk on the back of the trans for the smaller one often found in I series cars. (my trans is from an E series) as well as changing the front shaft. i already have a trans with that yolk and can get a driveshaft for cheap. just curious if it can be done as theres a big nut on the back of the trans that seems to hold the yolk on. thanks on any incite guys.

    cheers.

afaik you can you just need a 30mm thinwall socket to undo the nut
