    Clutch recommendations?

My e30 gets most of it's use during HPDE. Some road use to get fueled up, and joyriding on sunny days only.

I'm looking for a performance clutch kit, but not a race clutch kit. I want smooth engagement, but a clutch that will hold some additional horsepower should I install more mods in the future. I am currently chipped/race exhaust/CAI (with heat shield so it actually works), and will be adding a Miller MAF conversion this winter.

Looking for some brand/kit/supplier recommendations based upon what others have installed and liked. TIA

I used a ClutchMaster's Stage 1 clutch in my first Spec E30. That is an upgrade over a stock clutch but short of a full race clutch. The new car has a Spec Stage 3 clutch with a 6 puck clutch disk. There's a pretty big difference in the way those feel, with the Spec clutch having a shorter engage/disengage zone, almost a binary feel. Either can be driven on the street, but the Stage 1 clutch is a lot easier to drive smoothly. I'd suggest not going beyond a Stage 1 type clutch if you'll be driving the car on the street. Unless you go FI, a Stage one is satisfactory for what can be had from an M20B25.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
