    Can i use a g250 on my m20?

I have a 87 is with a shot auto. i just bought an e36 318is which i believe has a g250, i want to use that tranny with my m20 if possible. Will it bolt up, and what driveshaft/ flywheel/PP/Clutch would i have to use? I got the e36 for 400 bucks and i want to swap the rack into my e30 and the tranny if possible and part out the rest. Thanks for any help

I was curious about this as well. My 260 is a whiner and I have a good 250. BUT what I was thinking is that it might twisted the 10deg(but the other way from the M50/g260 combo) to the left. If you have a g260/M20, it is sitting straight. G260/M50, is tilted to the right(right?). Now, put the 250 onto the M20, and now it sits left. It will require a custom tranny mount and shift-mechanism modification.
