what dimension bolts do i need for my guibo/ flex disc whatever you want to call it on my stock 325is

It's a flex disk (encapsulated fiber constant velocity joint), not a guibo (which was a nickname for a rubber isolation pad). But people seem to like the name "guibo", so just let it slide.
Your car likely came from the factory with M10x54 bolts. If the vibration damper was eliminated, M10x50 bolts should have been used. But it's remotely possible that a larger flange, with M12 bolts, was installed later.
