    Clutch Masters

I was shopping around for a new clutch for my manual swap. I wanted to know if anyone has used Clutch Masters. This was my first choice due to the fact that I have a hook up with them, but I don't want to buy it without having anyfeedback on them. Or if there was any clutch kits anyone can recommend.

after considerable reviews, and searches, i too have not found any good or bad about them.

1 thing i can state is that all the pro3 drivers use oem SACHs, and they beat those clutches in and out of the most hellaciause abuse, and it holds up fine.

i pulled my engine/ tranny apart a few years ago, and found after 175k miles, the clutch looked great, and very little wear.
i am replacing mine this weekend, and already bought a bavauto kit, seems the best value and more than anyone else has to offer as far as "kits" go.

    Part # : CK 325I525 $ 239.95
    kit contains:
    an alignment tool,
    clutch disc,
    pressure plate,
    throw-out bearing,
    rear engine seal,
    pilot bearing,
all transmission seals, (3 of em)
    exhaust gaskets, and a
    pivot pin

and the knowledge that it will bolt right up, and last 200k+ (some over 300k)

I had a Clutchmaster's Stage 1 clutch on my Spec E30 for two years. It held just fine and had lots of life left in it when the car became one with a wall (twice). The pedal feel was lots better than stock. I liked the clutch so well that when my M3 needed a new clutch it also got a CM Stage 1 (and a JB Racing flywheel).
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
