    Hard clutch

The clutch on my e30 is really hard... it dosent lose pressure but it's really hard to push in..
it turned off on my a couple of times. and when i take off on first its almost impossible not to chirp the wheels..

do i need to bleed it? or is there something else that can be the problem

im gonna reword myself. maybe it will help..
when the clutch is engaged it pulls stronger than usual.

      these are the problems:
      1.the pedal is hard.
      2. i only have very little space from when the clutch engages to were the car is almost turning off.
      3. because the pedal is hard it's almost impossible to engage the clutch smoothly.so if i give a bit to much gas my tire chirp
