they are good guys, but why not just buy a e36 m3 shifter and bushings? All stock, in my opinion perfect...

        search
        theres a ton about this

best is the z3 shifter, it keeps the shifter knob in the correct place, so reverse doesn't put the shifter into your knees.

        placement is important,
also, how it correlates to the selector rod, and around the driveshaft (many have issues w/the harmonic balancer)

All Z3's except for the 1.9 have to be bent to get them to sit right. Otherwise they sit forward and a little to the right.

Don't buy it (or anything) from those guys. That kit is using all stock bmw bushings you can search for the part numbers yourself and order from pelican and save some money.

For what it's worth, the last time I 'rebuilt' the shift linkage on one of my cars I bought all new factory bushings pieces and it only cost me something like $65 including the Z3M shifter. That was for everything you could possibly replace there.

This is an excellent upgrade to an E30. You will absolutely enjoy it. Very inexpensive maintenace/upgrade too. If you do get their kit, make sure to get the one with the rear carrier because yours is likely well worn, if not blown out. Looks like it is additional to add that part to the kit.
