5Speed Swap from donor car What to get?

So I need to know what I need from my donor car.. I have the Getrag transmission and assembly from that car, and I am swapping it into an auto transmission e30. What do I specifically need from the donor and what do I need new?

In addition to the transmission you'll need:

The pedal box, or at least the clutch pedal
    Clutch master, slave, and lines
    Transmission crossmember
    New transmission mounts
    Flywheel
New clutch, flywheel bolts, pilot bearing, main seal, and TO bearing
    Drive shaft
    New guibo
    Shifter (rebuild w/new bushings)
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

in about to do this swap, i just picked up an 89 325is and im going to swap it into my 87, do i have to replace the rear main, or is that just good practice? Or do you think i should just swap the whole motor/trans over as one? the cars only got 130k on it and mines about 220k but the motors solid, just did all the maintenance and put a newer head on it. how easy is it to pull it as one unit?

I think it is a lot easier to pull the engine and transmission as a unit than it is to separate the transmission from the engine and re-install same later. You need the car on four jackstands and you need a load leveler between the engine and the hoist.
