noob question about auto to 5 speed swap

I'm looking into doing an auto to 5 speed swap in a stock 88 cabbie just wondering what a full parts list would look like for this? And how much I should expect to spend?

pedals, driveshaft, tranny, clutch kit, um..slave and master clutch cylinder and all accessories that come with tranny (shiftlinkage, shifter, knob, etc)

I may be picking up a Auto car tomorrow and would like to eventually swap my 5speed into it. Is it a pretty straight forward job? are the ECU's any different at all I think I remember reading about that somewhere in the E34 boards somewhere.
