What to replace during diff swap

I am about to swap the differential out of my ETA for an IS one, and would like to replace anything needing replacement while I am in there. What should I replace?

Replace diff bushing (in rear cover), change fluid, check axle boots and speedo sensor/wiring.

if the bushing is fine, leave it. if the sensors are fine, leave them. if the fluid is good in it, leave it.

just swap the diff, and be done. its already enough of a pain in the ass.
