Clutch pedal goes to the floor.

Just recently my clutch pedal has started acting strange. The other day I noticed that when I pushed it in it would only come back out half way. I topped off the brake fluid reservoir and after that it worked fine again until today.

Today I put about 50 miles on it no problem but on the way home the clutch pedal would go all the way to the floor and not return. When I got home I pushed it down with my hand and it would go all the way down. Once I released it the pedal went down just a bit more by its self.

This is my second broke car right now and I'm freaking out. I tried to bleed it by loosening the bleeder valve then pushing the pedal down tightening it and then releasing it a few times but that did not seem to help.

If there aren't nay leaks at the slave or lines, the clutch master cylinder has failed. In that case, replace both the master and slave cylinders.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
