    Slight rattle noise

OK so I am hearing a slight rattle noise with the clutch disengaged in neutral. The noise goes away when the clutch is depressed. It's not a real loud sound but am wondering what it could be. Everything in that whole area is new except the actual transmission.
I have a track day coming up and don't want to be stranded or miss out on any track time.
    Thanks,
    G

"While the noise could be from the throwout of pilot bearing, that would be unlikely with new parts. A more credible cause would be rattle of the transmission input shaft. Unless really bad that's not harmful. " Jlevie

I hope in my searches I found the answer ^ (from JLevie again)

Is it possible to put the pilot bearing in too far? And would this make a rattle sound?

No the pilot bearing should be all the way in the hole.

      Probably just the "Getrag rattle".
