What bushings do I need to eliminate shifter play?

Right now I have a ton of play in my shifter (im pretty sure everything is original with 205k). What parts do I need to replace to get it to feel a little better? Also if I wanted to go with a slightly shorter throw, whats the easiest way to do that?

What bushings? All of the them. There are a lot of way to go w/respect to an SSK, but I'm rather partial to the ones from AutoSolutions.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

This is what I bought haven't tried it yet since the car is still in the air.
Also replacing the seals on the transmission is a good idea I had ordered
mine at the same time and I'm glad i did...

edit:I also changed the gear shift rod joint...
