    clutch issue...

i just changed the clutch in my car, it drives fine, shifts fine and has been driver over 200 miles already... but when i am at a stop and shift into first it has a grinding noise/shutter in between fully engaged and fully disengaged on the clutch. it does not do it at the top or bottom just halfway through... what could it be? i will post a video later if it helps. it shifts without issues in 4th and 5th, does not grind into gear but first i notice it most and then in second and it progressively goes away.. i put a new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing in... i did not get the flywheel resurfaced though which i know is not good... could that cause this? the slave cylinder rod popped out during the process and i just put it back in and reinstalled it, didn't think it was an issue, could that be it?

any help would be appreciated, thanks!

nobody has any clue towards what it could be..? it drives completely fine, no slipping, does not make noise with clutch fully disengaged and does not make noise when clutch is fully engaged... only in between pressing in or out and does this mostly in reverse, first and a lil second.

Do you get the noise just when operating the clutch (transmission in neutral), or does it only occur when engaging gears?
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

when i put the car in neutral i BARELY get a slight feel of it for a split second through the pedal but once it is in neutral after that first push it never does it again. and like i said the first push into neutral is very very slight and only felt through the pedal.

If you feel it in the pedal you have a problem with the throw out bearing, clutch disk, or pressure plate.
