can't find right gasket - 4hp 22

I have purchased two gaskets from two different suppliers. Neither line up correctly.
The part i need is #15:


The problem is that when i line up the bottom holes, the rest of the holes of the gasket are about an 1/8'' to 1/4'' off. This pic shows where I have a single bolt installed on the bottom, notice how the other holes don't line up.


Any ideas would be appreciated.
I went to realoem to download that picture up top. I have all the right info for my vehicle. Something just isn't clicking here and i am stumped as to what it is.

That is a pretty simple gasket. I'd get a sheet of gasket material of similar thickness and cut a gasket that fits.

Yeah... I know. I just want the right one. If I don't get anywhere in about a week; i will move on to making my own.
