what is a good gear ration with a m50?

im swapping an m50b25tu with a e36 325i tranny. Im looking for suggestions on what gearing i should run. I currently have the stock 3.73.

Lots of city: 3.25-3.73
Lots of highway: 2.93

Basically, think about the speeds you are happy driving at in 4th gear on the Getrag 260. Also, you should just keep the stock E30 transmission or go ZF. The Getrag 250 is a heap of crap.

My M50 to 260 has a locking 4.10. Its a rocket but lots of shifting and not great mpgs
