    Half Shaft removal

I cant get the half shaft out of the hub to save my life. i feel i am missing something. i unbolted from the diff and removed the 32mm nut and i have tried two different hub pullers with no luck. I have soaked it in PB Blaster, JB weld equivalent to PB Blaster, and a mix of 50/50 ATF and brake fluid. Still no luck. Is there some other clip something i need to remove? When I pulled the newer ones out of the jy it was simple--remove the 32mm nut and tap out. I spoke with my mechanic and he said when he worked at BMW they broke numerous BMW pullers trying to remove half shaft I guess its hit or miss on difficulty.

Liberally soak down the splines for a few days with PBlaster or Kroil. Then apply a shallow pointed drift to the shaft and hit that with a sledge hammer. If that fails, remove the trailing arm and use a hydraulic press.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Use an oxy torch if you can.

I used a 3 jaw puller with an impact -_-.
