auto transmission cooling line replacement

Does anyone have experience replacing the cooling lines on a 4hp 22 from a 89 325i.

Do i need to loosen the motor mounts and jack up the engine?

When i did my trans swap they were pretty easy to remove. You should be able to replace them with some finesse. If they still give you trouble, jack up the trans, unbolt the mounts, lower the jack a lil and you should have enough room.
