Before anyone gets their panties in a bunch about how BMW designed everything right the first time, hear me out. The automatic transmission in my car will be trash by the end of the year. Further, I never drive my car so use will be minimal. I'm under orders to not do the m90/manual tranny swap till after the wedding (June). Until then I'm cleaning up the engine bay to make pulling the m20 easier when the time comes.
Sooo, will capping the tranny cooling lines do instant harm or are they just the normal over-engineering common on our cars?
