    Stupid clutch. help me

So i go to bleed my clutch which is just about the last thing to do for my swap and i bleed it, but when i push the clutch pedal after being bled, the pedal only goes about half way and stops. you can hear the pushrod on the slave cylinder hitting the clutch fork but it doesnt seem to be moving it. i get a lot of resistance when pushing the pedal and i feel like if i try to push the pedal to the floor im gonna break my pedal off. anyone know what could be wrong?

i double checked everything in the transmission before putting it all together

Oh yeah when the cars on and i hit the clutch pedal, about half way all i feel is crazy pulsations in the pedal. throwout bearing stuck? clutchfork stuck?

I think my first suspicions would be that the clutch disk is in backwards or something is wrong with the pressure plate.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

the clutch disc isnt in backwards. i made sure the 'gearbox side' was facing the gearbox before i put it in and the pressure plate is new along with the clutch disc and throwout bearing. its an e36 flywheel, e36 clutch kit, zf 320 transmission

Is the throw out bearing in the correct orientation? Ive run an s52 with the clutch disc in backwards for 5k miles. lol

the throw out bearing is where it should be also. unless theres a certain way its suppose to be up and down. can it be 180 degrees off?
