rear diff. pinion questions...

So I know when you replace pinion bearings, you need to replace the crush washer/sleeve. Is this the same in the e30? I don't see why it wouldn't be, but when I took it all apart, it didn't look like it was really 'crushed'.

Anyone know? It's only $8 but I just wanted to see if it needed to be replaced.

I got a fender roller now! LMK if you need me to roll your fenders or want to rent the tool from me locally.

DELETE. YES you have to replace the bushing.
