Shifter bushings?

Okay, I am currently looking at a vehicle I want to purchase.

And I was wondering if someone knows anything about it?
I mean it only needs shifter bushings, in his words, so I wouldn't mind buying it. I am just wondering if it's an easy fix?

look at the diy short shift thread or the shifter install on pelican parts. Its pretty easy, just not terribly easy to get at for some of it.
