Quaife Diff

So i bought this e30 from a guy who had a lot of extra parts
and one of the parts he threw in was supposedly a quaife diff or at least thats what the guy that he got it from told him
My question is how can i find out what it actually is?

Quaife never made a non-LS? I'm skeptical it's a Quaife just due to their sheer cost alone.
