Clunks and Humming from Rear

Hello,
I have an 86 325es and recently the car as been making quite a lot of noise from the back. sounds like clunks and vibrations when I turn sharp left or right. Most of the time it's the noise shows in first or second gear.
I changed the oil hoping it would get better and it got significantly worse.
any suggestions?

I'm late to see your post but it sounds like your sub frame bushings are bad.
