power steering delete help

hi guys,

in the process of deleting my power steering, bought a delete block of silence, for the e30, but noticed that my 2 lines that go into the rack with the banjo bolts are not next to eachother?

they are 90* away from eachother. unlike picutres i have seen.

help please. Can i just drain the ATF from the rack and plug the 2 bolts?

You can drain some of the fluid from the rack and plug the hole, but a better solution is to connect both hoses from the reservoir to the rack. That allow you to keep fluid in the rack and gives that fluid a place to expand when it gets hot.
