I read some where that you can put the internals from a small case 318is lsd into a 2002 diff. Does anyone know if this will work? It would be much easier and less expensive then buying a e21 lsd for my m20 swapped 2002.

yes it works! but it is best just to change out the "pumpkin" and leave the stock '02 gears for your m20. have a professional shop do it for you. good luck man!sigpic
