A little difficult to shift.

Started driving a 318i thats just a little firm on the shifting. It goes into gears fine, just needs a little more muscle that what im used to.

On my 325is the tranny went bad and started to whine like crazy, I have no whining whatsoever, no clunks or grinding, just the firm shifting.

If the weather holds, ill do a fluid swap on the tranny this weekend and change the engine oil- could definitely use it after sitting for a few months.

Should I be worried?

I took some r3v advice and drained/replaced my fluid with Redline MTL, made a HUGE difference.
