    Master or Slave?! Please help!!

So yesterday, as i was pulling back into my parking spot, my clutch got super stiff, and wouldnt push in at all, and then seconds later, it is able to go to the floor, but the clutch is not engaging at all, and my car cannot get into gear.

My clutch has been acting a little goofy for the past month or so, sometimes sticking on the release, and being a pain in the ass to drive

My question is: Has this happened to anyone? And is it more likely to be the Master Cylinder or Slave Cylinder? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and any guys in the S.E. PA area that would like to help me out with this, i will gladly supply pizza/beer for your time!

havent had a chance to look at the car yet, working 2 jobs is killing me :[ will be visually inspecting tomorrow after work. a few days ago (monday to be exact) i was pushing the pedal with my hand while listening, and the master made a strange air-gurgling sound??? no idea whats up ahahahaha

ALSO! when the car was not on, you could push the clutch maybe once or twice, before it became immobile? there was a HUGE force not allowing the clutch to be pushed in at all, but when you turned the car on, everything seemed to go back to normal?

sounds like there might be a bad seal in the master cyl, but visual inspection might be able to tell you more. stupid question, but how's the fluid level?
