    how do all your mounts look? first thing I try to look at with harmonic issues.

          A nosie from under the car when shifting into 1st gear while the car is stationary is most likey going to be from the throwout or pilot bearing and less likely from the transmission. With the car up on a lift it should be easy to identify the source of the noise.
