    Slave cylinder Problem

I am just about done with my s50/zf320 swap into my 1985 325e. I have the e36 M3 slave cylinder and I bled it by pushin the rod by hand like what has been stated in many threads in hte past. My problem now is that the clutch engages right off of the floor. Does this mean the clutch is bad or is my slave cylinder still not properly bled?

More likely to still have air in the system.
