how much do i need to fill it with?

I have 3 quarts of diff fluid and 3 tranny fluid for my m3 and 318. I told tms in like the order notes to make sure that was enough but i dont know if they saw it and i want to make sure.

how much diff fluid does the 318 take?

also is there anyway to flush the tranny and or diff?

The 318 will use about a quart in each. The M3 will take about 1.5. 3 should be just enough.

i know slick50 is ussually viewed as bad for engines but they have stuff for trannies, what about that? or just rinsing it out with a hose?

With a hose? As in water? Don't even think about it. If it really bothers you that much, put some regular oil in, run it for a few hundred miles, then change it again. Other than that just fill it with the good stuff and forget about it.
