    tranny mounts

so its been a while since i posted and it looks like i might come back to post some more.

its also been a while since i've really been under the eta.

i let the engine and tranny mounts get old and one of the engine mounts gave out ripping the other in half and fucking the tranny mounts. i am not sure when it happened but maybe if the stereo wasnt so damn loud i would know.

i have the old tranny mounts half off, because well they were in half. but does anyone have a helpfull hint on how to get the top of the tranny mount off. its too small for a ratchet, i can't get the leverage i need with a box wrench though. i couldnt fit anything like a breaker bar either. i am taking a break until tomorrow when i will go out and see if i can get a box wrench that angles down enough for me to get clearance for a breaker bar.
    unless you have any suggestions?

    ps. check your motot mounts

Find a pipe that will fit over the wrench and use it as an extension, or use a similar sized wrench and lock them together, you effectively get twice the leverage. I'll try to find a pic to make it easier to picture.

    Keep it slideways!!

haha, i for one, am not a poosey.

there is just no damn room. i decided the only way is to get a damn 13 that angles down to get a breaker bar on there. which is what i guess that other dude was trying to describe.
